Some couples arrive with a vision board for us to execute to perfection (done!), but many feel unsure about where to begin with their flower choices. As experts, we can create a personalized design plan with just a few details. You can show us some pins, tell us the ‘vibe’ you’re going for, or simply talk about yourselves, and we’ll take you from overwhelmed to overjoyed by the time you finish your cappuccino.

Our signature floral design service includes complimentary consultations, tablescape mock-up, design, delivery, setup, and breakdown. If it’s a new venue for us or something very involved, we’ll do a no-cost site visit to familiarize ourselves with the space so we can best guide you in your options.
Final decisions and any last-minute updates must be made 2 weeks before the wedding date.
Sample meetings are held at our showroom usually 6 - 8 weeks before the wedding.
We’ll follow up with a written proposal that outlines the service (including delivery, setup, and breakdown). To confirm your booking, we require a 20% deposit with the remaining balance due one week before the wedding.
Once we receive your inquiry, we’ll schedule a time to meet by phone, Zoom, or in person.

With over 25 years of experience in the greater New York area, we have a deep understanding of local venues and can provide expert guidance on designing the perfect space for your event. For couples who are working with a wedding planner, this will fall under their scope of services. However, if you’re taking lead on your wedding aesthetics and are looking for a creative collaborator, we can offer support with design planning, optimizing your space, decor concepting, resourcing, special rental liaising & facilitation, and logistical coordination.
We design everything in-house and meticulously prepare our creations onsite in our warehouse. Products are transported in temperature-controlled trucks to preserve quality and maintain freshness. Our dedicated team delivers and sets up your designs, staying close by to lend a hand or problem-solve.
We are budget-conscious and will tailor our recommendations to your resources, but we do our best work when your numbers allow us the creative freedom to overdeliver on your dream. *Pricing minimums apply - please inquire to learn more.
